Biography

A World Champion and Olympic Medallist, Eve is a remarkable young athlete who skipped the GB curling team at the Vancouver Olympics at the tender age of 19.  She represents and excels in all things Scottish; she is a world class curler, champion piper and a scratch golfer.

Her work ethic, talent and passion to succeed sets her apart from even her sporting peers.  She was invited by the International Olympic Committee to be an Athlete Role Model at the 1st Winter Youth Olympic Games in 2012.

March 2013 saw Eve Muirhead and Team Muirhead win the World Championships and 2014 saw them take Olympic Bronze, the youngest team to ever take home an Olympic medal. Eve then went on to be a back to back Grand Slam winner in 2014 and 2015 before putting in a strong performance at the 2018 Olympic Games.

Outside of competing, Eve has done both commentary and presenting work, and is a regular guest on TV shows such as A Question of Sport and The Clare Balding Show.
