Rowen Shepherd
Rowen heads up the Sports Management Division. He has vast experience within professional sport from his time as an international rugby player and coach with Sale Sharks in the Guinness Premiership. He works with the individual athletes and manages the relationships with the business clients that form part of the sport business division. His innovative approach from his high performance background adds tangible value to our partnerships.
Rowen is also a Registered Agent with the Rugby Football Union.
Rhona Shepherd
Rhona heads up the Business division helping companies identify the performance that will improve their results and with a background in Sales, Rhona has a particular passion for the commercial side.
Coaching has been an essential element in Rhona’s sporting and sales careers and she now utilises this and all her business experience to work with you in a unique facilitative coaching style. She works with senior management teams in all business sectors to make a tangible improvement to their bottom line.
Claire Macdonald
Claire, a successful business woman in her own right, joined the team at the beginning of 2009. She will be working across all areas of Sport and Business consultancy with a particular focus on you, our clients. After a degree in Sport Science, Claire spent 5 years working within the property development industry, but decided to head back to the world of sport.
